Refunds & Returns

At YUGA, every fragrance is crafted with care and intention. We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring that your experience with us reflects the standards of our brand.

Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@yugafragrances.com within 10 days of receiving your order. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition in which they were received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, and it may take 5 - 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened fragrance bottles

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products purchased through unauthorised retailers

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued and a new order may be placed separately.
